In the world of insurance property repair different software programs can be used to estimate the cost of drying, cleaning, and repairs. One of the leading software programs is Xactimate. This program helps organize the scope of work and standardize the pricing accepted in the industry.

Klein's DKI is very proud to have three estimators that are able to efficiently scope and price the repairs using Xactimate to get an agreement with the insurance company on the insured's property. Each of our estimators have either worked as an adjuster or owned a restoration company before coming to Klein's.
