Hydroxyl Machine	The new green hydroxyl machine provides a permanent solution to fire and organic vapors, odors, bacteria, viruses, chemical fumes and gasses. This new green technology is the most advanced solution for eliminating odors, decontaminating surfaces and purifying the air. Ultra Sonic System This system uses sound vibrations, hot water and engineered soaps to clean smoke and soot covered contents. Ultrasonic restoration is powerful enough to clean tough soot and smoke damaged items, yet gentle enough to clean delicate items such as crystal, sculpture and silk.
Ozone Generator	This unit is used for certain types of deodorization after cleaning. It produces O3 at a high rate. This ozone transforms odors in to neutral substances.
Refrigerant Dehumidifiers	Units that are designed to pass air over cooled coils thereby causing condensation, which drips down into a pump and mechanically removes the water from the structure. These work in conjunction with Air Movers, which helps to evaporate the water from components and move that water to the air.
Low Grain Refrigerant Dehumidifier	This is a variation on the refrigerant dehumidifier whereby the unit produces extremely low humidity.
High Temp Low Grain Refrigerant Dehumidifier	This is a variation on the refrigerant dehumidifier whereby the unit produces extremely low humidity in high heat conditions.
Air Movers	Often mistaken for fans, our air movers are designed to move large volumes of air with sufficient static pressure. Static pressure is the driving force behind the removal of water from components. In a nutshell, the greater the static pressure, the faster water will be able to be evaporated from a carpet. These work in conjunction with dehumidifiers.
AirWolf Airmover and Wolf Pack System	This system combination dries wood floors from the bottom out and can help avoid costly repair bills.
DriForce	This unit is designed to force high-pressure air into wet walls for wall drying with minimal disruption. It is perfect for hard to reach areas like behind cabinets, tubs, under stairwells, etc.
Injecti-Dry	These units are unbeatable for removing trapped moisture in walls, ceilings and floors. They are designed to work with a variety of accessories to dry with a minimal amount of demolition. These units routinely save hardwood flooring from replacement in a cost effective manner.
Flood Pumper	Water extraction equipment quickly removes large volumes of standing water from carpets and floors, and then pumps the excess out of the structure.
Xtreme Xtractor	The Phoenix Hydro-X Xtractor is the most effective and efficient extraction tool on the market today. The Hydro-X Xtractor’s patented Suction Roller provides both suction and compression – forcing water to the surface then sucking the water away, not allowing the water to be reabsorbed back into the carpet and pad.
Thermal Fogger	This unit is designed to create a thick, smoke like substance that fills a structure with deodorizing clouds of fog. The principal behind the technique is to create "good smoke" that goes everywhere that the "bad smoke" went, neutralizing the malodorous residue.
Negative Air Machine	These units exchange the air in a structure at great volumes and pass this air through a HEPA filter. These machines are helpful during mold remediation, fire cleanup and other work where the air needs to be cleaned. They are also set up to keep-unwanted debris within the work site, so as not to disseminate the "bad particles" to other areas of the structure.
Penetrating Moisture Meter	Measures moisture content and relative moisture content deep within components. Used in a variety of situations where measurements are needed beyond the surface.
Non-Penetrating Moisture Meter	Multi-purpose diagnostic tool. Measures temperature, relative humidity, and moisture content in wood, relative moisture content in brick, plaster, drywall and various other components. Can also be used as a penetrating meter if needed.
Generators	Portable units to immediately provide temporary power during an event or a disaster, giving our electricians time to work on a more permanent solution.
Temporary Power Panel	Temporary circuit breaker panels that are Ground Fault protected. They allow us to connect to dryer and stove connections for more power when needed.
